We loved having our own casita, and the grounds were like walking in a botanical garden. Our hosts were lovely, including the furry four-legged one. They had plenty of suggestions for dinner. He in particular was a fountain of knowledge about the area and the country's history. They're willing to help arrange rental cars, guided excursions, etc. Next time we come to Costa Rica we'll stay here on our initial arrival vs just before leaving!

Great spacious room and bathroom! The pool was lovely as well! We also ordered room service and the food was delicious! Airport shuttle was easy and efficient at 1am! Highly recommend!

The view from our villa and the restaurant was spectacular. We felt very safe at all times. Lots to do at the resort - the pools and hot tubs, hiking to see the waterfalls, beautiful walking paths through lush jungles and exotic flowers. We were well rested after 2 nights, and would love to return one day. Nancy at the front desk is super helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The food - for breakfast, lunch and dinner was spectacular !!!

The staff were great, particularly the young man who served us in the bar and restaurant. The views from the garden were amazing. Large room, comfortable bed, no air conditioning though, although it wasn’t needed when we were there. Would have liked to spend more time there.

Henri the host was the most friendly and accommodating. I even accidentally left my watch behind and he called me to tell me he'd keep it safe until I returned! Morning breakfast was delightful as well. Peaceful place.

Fantastic service, very clean, charming place with personality which makes you feel like you are in Costa Rica. A few hundred meters to a small center with a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants; we had Mexican which was nice. Solid breakfast included with fresh fruit, special made omelets, etc Our kid had birthday and the staff was so nice they had made a cake 🎂 which was a compliment from the house.
