Way To Heaven is truly a gem! We arrived late in the evening, and the owner kindly greeted us upon arrival and gave us a full tour of the property. To our surprise, he had prepared coffee, tea, fruit, snacks, and drinks to welcome us—such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel at home. When we woke up the next morning, we were absolutely blown away by the view. Nestled in the heart of the cloud forest, the setting is nothing short of magical. The place itself is spotless, with an incredibly comfortable bed and soft bedding. Extra blankets were also available, which was a nice touch for the cooler nights. It’s super close to Monteverde town and all the major attractions and activities in the area. Don’t overthink it—just book! You won’t regret it.

The property is beautiful and big enough to make a small walk around. There are so many animals living there it’s a pleasure to observe them there. Equipment, facilities and staff are perfect !

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent as were the waiting staff. The view from our room was really amazing.

We really loved our stay here. The room is very comfortable, modern and clean, everything you need. Silent at night, we slept very well. Cosy garden. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very good information about everything you can do in Monteverde. They help to organize your trip and transport so easily, they arrange a bus pick up and drop off in front of the hotel. Delicious breakfast menu (options include gallo pinto, pancakes, eggs, homemade bread, tortilla, …)

Good location, great views, good breakfast, and helpful staff. Every morning so many birds in the trees outside would wake us up with their chirping. So many beautiful birds: parrots, tucans, etc. Make sure to bring binoculars to see them. This was a bonus.

The view is exceptional, the staff is very nice and the food in the restaraunt is very good. You can order tours to nearby locations and staff will help you managing that. The rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable and they have all one needs to have a relaxing holiday near nature. There is also a cool hiking trail through the jungle thdt circles back to the hotel and a swimming pool with an absolutely amazing view. Big thanks to Natalia and the rest of the crew for making our holiday so special!

One of the best hotels during our 2-week trip in Costa Rica. The room was spacious. The view was just phenomenal (at least on the first day because the rest of the stay was unfortunately cloudy). The pool and the hot tubes were also great. The hotel food was definitely the best during our trip - highly recommended having dinner there.

We can’t say enough good things about this place :) Right from the time we arrived, we were amazed at their hospitality! We were offered a flavourful welcome drink, our room was decorated, and they also left us complimentary champagne and chocolates for our anniversary! The property itself is beautiful!!! The rooms are spacious and you wake up to the sounds of birds. The pool and the jacuzzi were great. Randall (at the reception) & Josue (our server) were amazing! Mary (took us for a night walk around the property) and Ray were great! They also gifted us a souvenir when we were checking out :)
