My arrival is during Easter. The hotel prepared Easter bunny everywhere. My type C cable broke before arrival, and the staff offered the cable so I did not miss the shot of cathedral and treasury.

Despite a small issue with the reservation, the hotel owner took responsibility and worked hard to resolve it, ultimately offering a solution that satisfied us. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was easily accessible.

I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hotel Hammerberg! The hotel is cozy and beautifully designed, with attention to small details that made my stay extra special. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the shoe horn and the small sweets left in the room. The daily cleaning service kept everything spotless, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it's a lovely place to relax and enjoy, and I highly recommend it!
