We stayed in the hotel for one night only but the whole experience was outstanding. The manager authorised an upgrade for us and we had an amazing room with a street view. The Argentinian Receptionist, Ingrid, was very welcoming and professional and made our experience very special and we felt like at home. My friend and I both from the hospitality industry loved her. If we ever come back to Ausberg we will stay at the hotel and it will be because of her and the team that works in this beautiful hotel.

We had w lovely stay, our room was spacious and quiet. The parking in the garage is very convenient, the main square is a short walk. Staff is attentive and very helpful.
