I recently stayed three nights at Onyx with a friend. The moment we entered the hotel for the first time, we got an excellent service. Very attentive staff members, very friendly, offering all the important information. The room was absolutely great, very spacious, clean, well furnished, and what matters most to me, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was also very nice with a good level of food variety. As a non French speaking visitor, sometimes it was a bit more challenging to communicate with the staff working at the restaurant and explain my needs. The location of the hotel was really good, although not in the city center which was the reason why I did choose this hotel. I didn't want to be in the noisy city center. So I very much appreciated the location. What really stands out for me in this hotel are all the staff members who were always very sweet, ready to help and to take an extra mile.
