Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

The whole experience was great. The hotel is located very close to Calle La Ronda and just a few blocks away from the main spots in the historical center. It was super clean, the hotel is beautiful and everyone is very lovely. Viviane the receptionist is lovely and very helpful, and shoutout to Alex, the owner, love what you are doing with the place, keep up the good work.

The personnel at the hotel were very nice and dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. They provided great recommendations and even packed us a box breakfast for our early morning flight. The facilities were very comfortable and I was glad I chose a local hotel.

I have been travelling the world all my life. The Old Town Quito Suites are the best, most opulent apartments I have ever found ever on Booking.com. My one bedroom apartment was just simply luxurious and appointed with the most beautiful furnishings and facilities. Quito is a magnificent city with so much history and so many things to see. The staff were totally professional and so willing to help. Do yourself a favour and book an experience like no other.     Casa Magnolia is absolutely stunning. In the middle of Cumbaya yet you feel in a remote, relaxing location. The entire house - room and garden and shared areas included - are clean, well decorated, and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are helpful and will arrange taxi bookings etc. Location is comfortable, midway between Quito and Airport. Would completely recommend - and hope to stay there again sometime.
