The hotel is an old Guayaquilean House converted into a hotel in a proper way. The facilities are exactly as in the pictures. Urdesa is a good location to stay in case you need to move around Guayaquil. The staff is very kind and the treatment is like in a home. They are always willing to help you with your requests.

Had a great stay at River Garden Hotel! The room size was good, the bed was super comfy, and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly, and the rooftop bar had a cool vibe. Breakfast was decent, and the view was a nice bonus. Would recommend! 👍

the staff were so friendly, attentive, present, and helpful. the property is an old mansion converted into a hotel and it really has a cozy, luxurious home, quiet and private feel to it. the pool and gardens are beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. just a short ride to the airport which was great as we stayed here on a layover. they let us stay on the grounds while we waited for our evening flight.
