Great location with an excellent breakfast and they were very helpful in getting us a taxi from the airport. I can recommend the hotels taxi service as they were very friendly and helpful and made the trip even better.

Highly Recommended – A Fantastic Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others. The location is superb, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything you might need. The property itself is stunning – well-maintained, stylish, and with a truly charming atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable, with hot water and excellent water pressure – a small but important detail that made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. What really stood out was the amazing staff – incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. The management deserves special praise for running such a well-organized and guest-focused property. In terms of value for money, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The staff is kind and willing to help us. At check in we had a problem with the price because the booking showed a different price and at the hotel they asked us for extra money but luckily the hotel manager came and we paid what the application said. A very kind gentleman and smiling. At breakfast there was an abundance of food, juices and coffees. The rooms were extremely clean and every two days we had new towels. From my room I had a view of the street and the mountain of Quito. I would definitely stay there again!!

The personnel at the hotel were very nice and dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. They provided great recommendations and even packed us a box breakfast for our early morning flight. The facilities were very comfortable and I was glad I chose a local hotel.

This is one of those hotels that truly deserves a positive review. The location is excellent, and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is tidy and beautifully decorated. My room even had universal sockets, which was a nice detail. The beds are comfortable, and the internet is stable. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I especially want to highlight the staff. Extremely attentive, caring, friendly, and fluent in English. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful interiors and the common spaces. Cozy and very decent breakfast. It was a little bit chilly at night but the staff gave as heater which was really helpful.

    Very nice and stylish small hotel close to the old town. The hotel is very clean and decorated in Andean style. Many small details demonstrate a close connection to this region. The breakfast and dinner are very high quality and tasty. You can also make coffee or coca tea for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have felt very comfortable here.
