The hotel has everything you want in a luxury stay. The bedroom was well laid out with coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and there’s plenty of storage. I loved the ambient lighting and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for accessing all the sights of Bilbao with the river view and the Guggenheim next door. Lovely bar and seating areas in the hotel with great terrace for enjoying the view. Parking was fun!

The hotel is amazing! This is a real 4 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It is very clean and we had tea and coffee at our disposal. The hotel is well located. There are multiple public transports next to the hotel. The price is great for this type of accommodation. We travelled by car so we used the parking lot in the hotel which costed €15 per day. It was convinient but pricey. However, we were also told that it is the cheapest place to park in the city. All things considered, the hotel is perfect.

    I stayed at zenith in Bilbao and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the city center with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, a perfect stay in a beautiful city. Highly recommend!

    Nice lobby area with lovely views and plenty of room. Booked a deluxe room and I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Lots of dirty marks/stains on the laminate flooring and overall way too much laminate furniture/fittings didn’t give a luxury feeling. Bathroom was nice and of good quality. Deposit for pool towels is a bit low market for a 4 star hotel these days. Good location and easy down hill walk to the old town of Bilbao which is fabulous.

    Smart, modern hotel with an Ideal location for either walking or using the metro, to access the city centre. There’s a large and secure underground car park, which worked on our bip and drive if you have one. The rooms are stylish and well equipped. This is an ideal location for an Atletico game, the stadium being literally yards away.
