The hotel is a few minutes from the Saint Jacques church. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I got a room with a nice view of the hotel garden. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel staff was courteous and attentive.

Very good quality hotel. From the window, the view south of Santiago is beautiful. There is also a small balcony opening from the room, which is enough here for you to enjoy this view. Broad range and delicious of the selection for breakfast. Very friendly, warm and helpful staff. The bed is especially comfortable and very large. Quality bathroom that is constantly kept clean by staff. Nice pool.

Very clean modern hotel. Very good breakfast buffet. The only problem was the coffee wasn’t hot.

the staff was very friendly and professional . The hotel was even better than expected, the beds were very comfy, very quiet room, very clean, great material and quality throughout. a lot of effort is put into pleasing the customer, I loved it . Location couldn't be better in the heart of the city and yet very quiet room, didn't hear a thing . definitely recommend this one . The public car park was literally 2 minutes walk away , 15 euros for 24 hours
