The hotel is excellent, with good infrastructure. Although breakfast wasn’t included, we paid a separate fee and had access to a complete and good breakfast. The staff was attentive and left two complimentary bottles of water, which was great — we really needed them, and there weren’t any markets nearby. Although it’s far from the historic center and tourist spots, there’s a bus line with great schedules. The hotel staff has a PDF with the timetables, which made our trips back and forth much easier.

The great customer service from the moment you check-in, to the breakfast attendant, to the moment you check out. Everybody was so nice! We stayed in the family room, my kids were welcomed with complimentary snacks and treats, very nice! Good breakfast, excellent attention! The staff were very helpful and flexible. We loved the room! Very clean and well organized. The Hôtel is situated in the old City with a walking distance to commerces. The breakfast was the best part. Very diverse and the view from the eighth floor was amazing!

Stayed in Zaragoza for work. The location is very central (with a tram stop just outside) and very close to the Plaza del Pilar; the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the room was spacious with all necessary amenities, and the view from the room was out of this world (sunrise and sunset over the river). Breakfast was also abundant and tasty. They even went out of their way to provide me with a jug of almond milk in the mini bar. Would love to stay there again soon.
