Location was perfect. Received a lovely friendly welcome from a lovely lady with good English. She was most helpful and even took the time to explain what zaragoza had to offer. What a beautiful place. Will definitely return to this hotel and spend more in zaragoza. People are very welcoming even though we didn't speak good Spanish! Its a hidden gem ❤️

This hotel was in an ideal location for us. The staff on the check in desk were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom with bathtub and shower was also very good. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and the hotel's free WiFi was also good. Our room choice came with breakfast included which was served downstairs from 06:30 until 10:00 am and was very good. Free coffee was available 24 hours. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again.
