The entire experience was great, Flo is a lovely person and so accommodating! She agreed in advance to meet us later than her normal check in time but we managed to be even more delayed by hours and she was gracious and didn't make a big deal of it. Her condo is in a fantastic location it is across the street from the walled city of Avignon right by a main gate. Her condo is really clean and well appointed with all the kitchen items you would need (pots, pans, utensils, glassware, coffee cups, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, full size fridge, stove top, dish soap, tea towel dish cloths, etc. The bathroom had lots of extras, in case you forgot something: body soap, nail files, eye make up remover, make up pads, hair dryer etc., I wish I would have taken a picture of all the extras, I wasn't expecting that, lots of bath towels and face towels. She even had fresh lemonade and a number of baked treats for us upon our arrival. She had coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, lots of tea options just to use for our stay at no additional cost. I would recommend to anyone to stay at Chez Flo, the place is spacious (3 good sized bedrooms large open concept kitchen, living room, dining room and it is clean!!

We couldn’t recommend this place more. We stayed with our two year old baby and had a fantastic time. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and Mathieu was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It is obvious from the way the flat was furnished and provisioned that the hosts are very thoughtful, considerate people. Great kitchen setup for cooking for a little one, with great local ingredients available at the nearby Les Halles. And we hadn’t expected the housekeeping - thank you. The location is also great - quiet and very central.

The rooms are around a lovely courtyard garden presumably the cloisters in the old monastery. The room was very nice the breakfasts great and the owners very helpful. If you want a treat I would recommend. Not cheap but well worth the money if you want a special time in Avignon
