This has been the best hotel we have stayed in on this holiday. We were planning to go to the best Western in the middle of Reims *La Paix) but once parking had been added on, it was too expensive. The Golden Tulip is one year old so everything is exceptionally clean, fresh and unmarked. The room we got was a suite. It had a sub-divided section and access to an outside deck (so important for smokers). The parking was free. The breakfast excellent. The woman at the front desk very helpful (I was very low on fuel and I needed a close petrol station which in France, on a sunday, can be tricky to find. WE had had a bad night previously so this place was an enormous relief.

The Grand Hotel Des Templiers is located in Reims, just a 15-minute walk to the city centre and a 8-minute drive from Reims Convention Centre. It features an indoor swimming pool and a sauna.

The location was perfect, truly in the center of Reims. The hotel is comfortable & well appointed. It had a restaurant & bar for pre & post dinner cocktails. Christian, the Concierge on property was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations & reservations. Also pointing us out to some of the champagne tasting houses within walking distance. He was extremely helpful & professional.

Very warm and friendly welcome from the two Peruvian ladies! We were a little early but was given a room almost immediately! Superb location, Walking distance to the centre and train station. Very comfortable stay!

The hotel staff is very accommodating, we were arriving late and we managed to order a dinner over the phone, even the kitchen was closed. The food was warm and ready by the time we arrived. Amazing service!

The location is great, but what made the difference is the staff, especially Lucy from reception. She made sure all our needs were met and she treated us very professionally, giving us lots of tips and recommendations. She is a star and made our stay even more pleasant. We came back to London yesterday but we will be back for sure!
