The manager’s service was beyond my expectations. Went out if his way to provide me with a lovely room that was so comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. He went above and beyond on a very busy night due to Ascot races patrons booking in. I really appreciated the care, friendliness and service provided by all of the staff while I waited for my room. I had a late checkout and the quiet and peace was amazing! The grounds were lovely and obviously the whole hotel is being taken care of and refurbished so nicely! Even the security guys were helpful and very friendly. I would love to stay there again. It has history and elegance if it’s time. Absolutely loved my stay.
