    Stayed here 4 times now, love the breakfast - very fresh, great quality and lots of selection, the rooms and en-suites are lovely and big, modern and very comfortable. The hotel gym is small but modern and has everything you would need for a quick workout. The spa is clean with towels and lockers accessible. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We also appreciate the checkout being 12pm.

    Everything about the hotel, location, service, extras, the size of the room, quality of bed, facilities, spa, quietness of surroundings, free bike hire, bathroom and shower facilities, ease of car parking, exceptional value for money for what we paid. We will certainly return here and we've been to quite a few hotels and places, this was lovely.

    Stylish, modern and clean. Spacious room, friendly staff. Very quiet in the room - good soundproofing, and good curtains to block out the light and help with a good night’s sleep. Bed was comfy.

    Good location for our trip. Comfortable room although the armchairs were a “modern design” and so not very supportive for sitting and watching TV. The beds and bathroom facilities were excellent. Everything nice and clean.

    Ideal location for Twickenham, Kew Gardens & central London, with excellent transport links. Free parking included. Property was very clean, modern and spacious. Large lounge/ dining/ kitchen area with all amenities. Very good quality beds, bedding & towels. Good keyless entry but felt very secure. No staff on the premises but very easy to contact and quick to respond and helpful on the online chat.

    We have enjoyed the modern fit-out, the spacious, comfortable rooms. City center is approx. 1 hour distance by public transport, but there are enough options even at late night hours. Location is well accessible from Heathrow airport.
