There were no staff to greet us but we were provided with a key and a letter to describe the hotel and facilities. The hotel was incredibly quiet, we went off-season and there were only two other rooms that were booked. It's not on a busy road, it's in a rural location which meant it was not noisy. The breakfast was amazing, great quality ingredients that came hot and a good sized portion. It's about a 5-minute drive from Hay-on-Wye.Guest review byHeatherYoung couple
