The hotel is spectacular! We loved our stay and spent afternoons on the terrace soaking in the wonderful lake views. We dined at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner which was amazing too. Would love to go back!

It is incredibly cozy, nicely furnished, clean, everything you need is there. The building is lovely. We also ate dinner here, which was an excellent Indian cuisine. You can also choose non-Indian food if you prefer otherwise. Breakfast was also very nice. Staff was so pleasant and friendly. I left the charger for my smartwatch, and reception called me, luckily I was still around the area.

Absolutely beautiful location! Just like the pictures, stunning view of Loch Lochy, right on the shore. Really beautiful ‘cabin’ - if you can call it that, very luxurious and comfortable! Every bedroom had it’s own bathroom, big kitchen area (which we didn’t have time to use, but looked like it had everything you would need). We had dinner in the restaurant, which had decent Indian food. And was a very good spread for the breakfast. Would highly recommend, and definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

Stayed on a one night dinner, bed & breakfast package at short notice, after our accommodation in Fort William fell through. The staff welcomed us warmly and booked us for dinner and breakfast at a busy time, with only an hours notice of our booking. We stayed in the Masters room and it is huge! Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and thoroughly enjoyed our unexpected stay at this lovely old hotel.

The location was very close to Fort William's city centre, close to one of the awarded pubs, Ben Nevis. The room was nice and clean and had everything you needed, complimentary water and snacks were provided
