The location and hotel is beautiful but what really makes this an exceptional resort is the staff and customer service. We were made to feel very welcome, the staff were so accommodating. Shout out to Lisa who went above and beyond to help and settle our family group.

The property was modern, bright and spotlessly clean. It was extremely well equipped and maintained. Just a short walk to the beach and coastal path, lots of local amenities and ideal for exploring the rest of Anglesey. Communication with the owners leading up to our stay and whilst there was above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay, which we did. We would not hesitate to recommend the Puffin Pad to anybody and look forward to staying there again. Thank you Mark & Pam for a lovely stay.

A stunning place for our family holiday right in the centre. So clean and modern with everything you could wish for. The outside garden was perfect for our little doggie. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and the Tesco express over the road just made getting those essentials a breeze.

Very nice location with lovely grounds and ample parking. Clearly restoration going on which did not affect our stay. We loved the old world charm high ceilings, old leather chairs and beautiful woodwork in main part. The gym and pool, which we used every day were excellent, great gym and equipment and good sized pool. Staff were very extremely friendly and very helpful. Meals were excellent especially breakfast, evening menu slightly more limited but still good quality. We will definitely visit again.

The location was super, beautiful hotel and gorgeous grounds. The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly and really added the extra touch to our stay. The superior King room was such a delight, it was like stepping back in time but with the benefit of a super modern bathroom. I didn't want to leave! Fantastic find.
