My mom and I had a wonderful stay here. Pat gave us advice on where to eat, was great company and had a beautiful place. We had an early ferry and we got a packed breakfast which was delicious. We would recommend this B&B to anyone.

What can I say about this little gem of a hotel! Absolutely brilliant hosts, brilliant food, lovely setting beside river, very comfortable room, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We loved it. The Sunday roast was amazing, the beef just melted when you cut it. Breakfast was a feast of Scottish flavours. The whole ambience was just superb. Thank you Michelle, Beth and Chris for your hospitality.

Everything.. the cottage was spacious and clean. Everything that we needed was there and so close to the town centre.. parking was good.. but we did stay out of season.. we would recommend this place to anyone…
