The house is a wonderful stylish cottage with beautiful garden. The rooms and living room are spacious with elegant furnishing and with all you need. The host was a friendly gentleman. :) You can park on the street in front of the house. The breakfast was lovely and it was a huge portion so we couldn't eat it all.

love the room and view! Even with the mist this weekend it was awesome. Near the walking path to Dunnottar Castle and incredible food in the restaurant!

Excellent room. Clean and comfy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. We stayed here before, about 8 years ago, so we knew what to expect. We were guests at a Scottish wedding that was being held in the Banchory Lodge, and that was perfectly arranged as well.

The Aberdeen Altens Hotel is 3 miles from the city centre and just 1 mile from the coast. The Altens has modern rooms with en suite bathrooms and boasts a sauna, spa and indoor pool.

Very helpful lady who checked us in and was incredibly patient with two sleep-deprived people who weren’t quite registering all the details! But the pool was lovely, the rooms were very clean, the food was really good
