The breakfast was fantastic! After the first night, the hotel upgraded our room to a spacious room with a nice view. I appreciated that the AC remained turned on when we were out of the room. It was great to enjoy a 4 star hotel at a 3 star hotel price. Hopefully we can return someday.

Great location especially for Singaporeans who want a one-stop location that is walking distance to Batam's best mall (so far) and spas. The breakfast spread for Ramadan was definitely sufficient and the buffet for Iftar was excellent.

The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.
