The surroundings were serene and the views were magnificent. Having a private warm natural spring bath at the door made it a spectacular experience. For anyone thinking to trek Mt Batur I highly recommend staying here for a night. My private tour was organised by the Villa on the night I arrived for the next morning. There were very accomodating, assisting and provided great value.

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and we were warmly greeted with welcome drinks, which was a lovely gesture after our journey. The room we stayed in was perfectly located, offering an amazing view and a refreshing cool breeze that made our stay even more relaxing. Waking up to that view in the morning was a highlight of the trip. The hotel is also surrounded by many beautiful sights, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions without having to travel far. Amazing property, felt magical, peaceful and very relaxing. Had an amazing Balinese massage at the spa, enjoyed the afternoon tea in tea room, amazing view from restaurant. The whole place was incredibly quiet - I think also because we went at a less busy time. Staff all so lovely and helpful. We got an upgrade to a bigger suite which was so amazing, very grateful for the generosity of the accomodation. They provided free additional water to the room and allowed food to be brought down to the room when I was unwell. Suksema!

Extremely pleasant and friendly staff: they welcomed us with free coffee and cocktails, prepared our meals, and fulfilled all our requests, helping us with any issues we had. For just 400k IDR (per person), they provided us with a tour to Gunung-Batur (including round-trip transportation, an amazing guide named Suli (who deserves our immense gratitude), and an additional breakfast at the top with the best hot chocolate I've ever had).

This place was heaven on earth. The views of nature and being so close to it was absolutely beautiful. The villa was luxurious and I loved every moment. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating, not forgetting humble and kind. Overall the hospitality and stay was really amazing and really comfy. Definitely 10/10
