Hotel: The hotel smells very nice and is right next to Grand Batam. The infinity pool is lovely can oversee Batam city centre. Breakfast selection is not bad. There are cereal, yogurt, fruits, noodles and nasi lemak (no live cooking station). Surroundings: There are two spa places downstairs the hotel and are reasonably priced with great environment.

The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

From the moment I reached Pasific Hotel the staff welcomed me with ondeh-ondeh kuih and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, and clean The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will come back again this hotel.     Fantastic location, less than 15 minutes grab/gojek ride from both grand batam mall and nagoya Hill mall. Modern construction, nicely furnished, comfy beds. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Especially wish to commend the technician who arrived within 30 mins of our call (circuit breaker tripped). Really appreciated the prompt response. We stayed in studio long and thoroughly enjoyed it.

    The staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is humble and yet good. The location is nearby town and mind you the interior is classic. We really like the classic interior despite the modern minimalist. They also let us store our luggage and bag at reception area after check out.

    The location is good. Near to Nagoya City Mall. The hotel is newly renovated and the place is peaceful and quiet. There were spas & salons in the hotel which were really nice and breakfast was good.

    Room was modern and comfortable. I liked how spacious it was. Location was great as well, very close to Nagoya Hill and other eating places. Breakfast selection was a mix of Indonesian and international cuisine. Liked the selection.
