We booked lakeside view and stream view room. Definitely recommend the lakeside view room as the location of this Hotel is very well placed facing the Backwaters. The staff upon arrival were very friendly. Sorry if I have misspelt any names but special compliments go out to: Febi/Femi who was very sweet in giving us a tour and guiding us to our rooms. We met Vishnu at the restaurant who was really helpful in recommending what to eat as one of our guests fell ill. Also, we met the exec chef Pratheesh who always made the effort to talk to guests and the same with us. We will very much miss Vishnu and Pratheesh, nice guys and wish them all the best!

Located just 100 metres from Vembanadu Lake and 200 metres from the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, Water Scapes features an outdoor swimming pool and a massage parlour.

This was a truly amazing experience. We stayed at the lake view cottage which was right in front of the lake . Will defnitely be back .
