Where to begin... The location is phenomenal with incredible views from the rooms and pool. Rooms were comfortable, clean and offered all of the essentials. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. The portions were colossal, we were always full until dinner. If you're considering a trip to Wayanad, make Serene Crest your home during the stay.

We had a fantastic family stay at Fern Tree. They arranged all our requests, being with small children is always really appreciated. We were lucky to get, by surprise, a New Year Eve party and buffet dinner which was so well organised and had so much fun being with other local guests. Hotel facilities were great, clean and well maintained. Plus swimming pool was fantastic. Akhil and all staff members have been very helpful and attentive, and genuinely nice people. And they even arranged a courier for some stuff we forgot, which was highly appreciated. We hope to see you back sometime. Absolutely recommend the hotel!

Fabulous location in the mountains of Wyanad.. peaceful and beautiful. Rooms very comfortable and nicely designed. There's a comfortable sofa bed in each room for children/ extra guest. Plentiful hot water. Nice balcony and chairs to sit out on. Fridge in room and kettle etc. Lovely infinity pool with natural water and three sun beds... only one had one cushion but maybe they were available on request. Games room with Karom board, magnetic darts and chess. Access to the rocks by a river pool in the daytime. Staff very friendly and food excellent. Had to pay by instant Wise bank transfer as Wise card and credit cards didn't work in their card machine, they didn't know why. So if you're not from India, take cash or be ready to transfer with Wise or similar instant transfer. Night safari available to see elephants which there are around Thirunelly. Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay with family at this hotel. The ambience was peaceful, with a beautiful view that made our stay truly relaxing. The breakfast and dinner served from the restaurant were delicious and offered great variety. The staff provided excellent support and treated us with genuine hospitality. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment.
