Everything was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and in a great location (5 mins walk from the center so it was near but not too loud). The room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. We particularly loved the spa where we enjoyed the sauna, steam room and salt room, as well as the outdoor heated jacuzzi. It is expensive but worth it!

Boutique hotel with an excellent view to the Lake Como and their own restaurant for a dinner. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. I recommend definitely.

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.

It was such a pleasure to stay here! Welcoming staff, cozy room and also impeccably clean. Moreover, the hotel's location couldn't have been better – and the view was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed bfast as well and the food offer is varied. All recommendation!
