Receptionists - great all of them, ready to help, smiley, positive! Breakfast - really good! Enjoyed a lot the coffee in the morning. Room - pretty good size, clean, with spacious toilet. Other staff at the hotel - cleaning ladies/gents, waiters at the breakfast area, other helping staff - ALL GREAT! All of them greeted us every morning, smiling with a great energy, you could just feel it.

Everything was great. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes from the center. There is enough parking available in front of the hotel, and they also have a parking garage. The rooms are large enough, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and they always have something new available. The staff is helpful and in a good mood. Definitely a hotel that I recommend for visiting Bologna.
