Staff were so kind and friendly, helpful in every way, Big thanks to Dennis, Marikota, for their kindness and conversation, also to the man from bracciano who I didn't get a name for who was always friendly and willing to converse and so helpful. Everyone is so pleasant you are relaxed as soon as you walk into reception. The reception staff are top notch and very professional. Great staff all who work hard and always have a smile for each guest. Very little to find fault with this Hotel, super facilities, Fantastic peaceful setting, really it is a memorable and wonderful experience. Highly recommended by us, a couple we stayed in deluxe room, large spacious, spotlessly clean.

Staff was very friendly and everybody was speaking english. Shower had really good pressure and wasn’t leaking, big advantage. Wifi has fast and stable. Also hotel had quick and comfortable transfer to port. Location is outside city center, so hotel is good if you are comming with car, but it’s quite easy to reach shop or city center by walking.
