This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautifully understated luxury, from the silent air-conditioning, to the memory foam pillow, the accommodation is perfect. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with an amazing array of choice.

We had an exceptional stay at [Hotel Name] in Lucca, largely thanks to the wonderful night porter. He welcomed us warmly upon our late arrival, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The next day, when we mistakenly parked our car in the wrong place, he once again went out of his way to assist us. His kindness and dedication truly made our stay memorable. We wish every hotel had such a remarkable person on their team!

The hotel staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful. We arrived in a hire car, which we returned after one night here as a car is not necessary within Lucca, and we were able to park in the hotel car park for 20 euros - parking is not easy in Lucca. My mother's single room was on the 4th floor but right by the lift, so she had no problems. All the rooms we saw were spacious and attractively decorated, including the resident's lounge on the ground floor. The location is perfect - a very short distance to the city walls, and a short walk straight into the centre of town. There was no noise from the street at night, despite us being on the first floor just above it. Breakfast was good. We were able to leave our luggage for a while once we'd checked out.

We booked it same day we arrived, and had medium expectations. Gorgeous hotel environment, fantastic rooms, superb restaurant in the same building. The personnel were super service minded. Was also recommended a pizzeria close by with ”high end pizzas” that also was fantastic. Felt like I was at a five star hotel.

    excellent, intimate location right next to ZTL. Possibility to use the hotel parking . A few steps from attractions of the old town of Lucca. The hotel has been renovated and offers very comfortable accommodation at a good price/quality ratio. I sincerely recommend it for one or few days of stay.
