We were hier in Oktober 2023. The room was wery clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The supper was gut but a little bit expensive, I think. We have parked on the street near the hotel. It was okay and free. The staff was good (only one waiter during the supper was a little bit strange :-) )

I had a room with a view of the Matterhorn so I loved the room. Zermatt was a friendly City with nice restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly upon arrival. I only wish I could have stayed a few more days.

The location was very good. The breakfast was so good with planty of choices and great coffee! It was also included in the price. The personell was very nice and our doggie was staying there with us for free. They treat her very well and she was happy as she had even small patio to walk. I am so pleased for the stuff which ensure that our staying will be comfortable.

Check in was smooth. I arrived very late as my flight had been delayed, my room key was waiting for me and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

The hotel is in a central location. If you're travelling by train its just opposite and just around 20 mins walk to pisa. Even the airport is just a 20 mins walk. Excellent location
