The night receptionist went out of his way to take us to the airport when the taxi did not show up in the middle of the night. Others were reported to have walked from the airport.

Very chic hotel with a lovely restaurant. Rooms are very nice and it’s only a short walk to the tower. Parking are is very nice….parking in the basement for the motorcycles is excellent.

I had a room with a view of the Matterhorn so I loved the room. Zermatt was a friendly City with nice restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly upon arrival. I only wish I could have stayed a few more days.
