The staff are helpful and manage to talk in simple English so that it makes our stay very convenient. They also have a nostaglic shop and game corner at the 1st floor and I am 100% sure everyone will like it, from kids to grandparents. The onsen is fantastic. The hotel caters for everyone's need to explore the Showa Japan culture.
