Everything! The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, with a wonderful rooftop where you can see Mt Fuji. They have a kitchen that comes with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee grinder, coffee beans, coffee drip tools, electric stove and all necessary utensils. The breakfast is also very nice.

Very helpful staff. Thank you! Everything was comfortable, we had a good western breakfast, but the Japanese breakfast option for us was too Japanese (but it looked great!). We really liked the onsen. Although it was only outside bath but it is of a great quality and the water was definitely unique! Enjoyed it very much. Location is a bit out of the way but we enjoyed that. It was calm around.

The room is very clean. Bath salts were provided for rooms with outdoor bath. Great Mount Fuji view from my room. The dinner was great. Free ice cream and probiotics drinks were provided.

Service was extremely thoughtful! The server who checked us in escorted us to our room, and even tidied our shoes! At keiseki dinner and breakfast, as a family with kids, the service was very polished, and the server really could anticipate our needs and acted proactively, to the point of surprising us! The meals were elaborate and of extremely high quality. Both the public onsen and the private in-room onsen were excellent. And of course, the view of Mount Fuji was super impressive! All Fufu hotels are designed with maximum customer privacy in mind. While the hotel is not right next to the coast of Lake Kawaguchiko but is instead "hidden" in a valley, the feeling of being inside a forest yet with Mount Fuji still highly visible, the picture is really surprisingly next level! A perfect, perfect stay overall!

    Location is practice if you drive. The renovated rooms are clean, functional and comfortable without being large. The separate paid Japanese restaurant was really good with good service The connect onsen is good.
