The best hotel I have ever been to. Japanese hotels are always next level compared to ours in Europe, but this one was simply amazing. The only thing that might seem strange at first is the breakfast, not everything there was delicious. But that's my personal preference, so I didn't lower the ratings for that.

This was fantastic. The private bath was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and gave us a tour of the room and the food was definitely an experience! We are so glad we chose to book there as everything was beyond what we expected.

Ideal if you want to explore the areas of Hakonne Yumoto and lakes Ashi and Yamanakako. The property was very clean with a scenic garden that you can stare at from the deck at the back of the property. Facilities were great and we really enjoyed our stay. Bonus the great restaurants in Segokuhara which is a very pleasant quiet village near Mt Fuji.
