Absolutely everything. Even before the stay, the staff was polite and very helpful with everything, even a last minute change in the number of the group. We spent two nights as a couple in this dream hotel in Hakone, and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, with great attention to detail. We were lucky enough to stay in a room with a private onsen, which made the experience even more unique and relaxing. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, always taking care of us. The half-board option offered a choice between traditional Japanese or more Western dishes, allowing us to enjoy a variety of meals. The food was not only delicious but also very generous in portions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality experience in Hakone, with impeccable service and an unforgettable setting.

It was an amazing stay at Yuyado Zen, two nights were perfect as we get to spend time exploring Hakone and also fully enjoy the onsen stay. It is near to Ubako Station where you can ride the ropeway to attractions like Owakudani and Lake Ashi. Hotel staffs were very helpful with directions and offer free pickup/drop off to bus station. The food and hospitality were just amazing, probably the best meals we had in Japan! The room was very well maintained, clean and spacious as well. Highly recommend!
