The hotel offers tea and other self serve drinks until late at night. Also, there are icy fruit bars that you could enjoy even late at night. In addition, there are plenty of places to take photos. Onsen is not busy and usually only 3-4 people. Both dinner and breakfast have a lot of varieties.

The ryokan is rather modern, in a classic Japanese style. It has four baths, two of them outdoors, which are especially nice. We had a room with a large terrace, a little garden and an outdoor bathtub, which we enjoyed greatly. The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and went out of their ways to make sure we had have a good time. For example they changed the course for me, as I do not eat meat. It helps to speak some Japanese, but they are also prepared to communicate with guests who don’t.

We loved everything. One of the best hotels we've stayed in Japan so far. Reasonable price & excellent service. Loved that all the rooms have hot spring water flowing. On the territory of the hotel they have a lot of activities: free drink bar in the lounge, mini-live concert in the evening, hand and foot hot spring baths, children play room with games, massage, many types on hot spring baths, souvenir shop and even hand-made classes. We didn't have enough time to explore everything. The food is outstanding and they have a lot of options for vegans/ vegetarians, and all the meals that contain allergens are marked. Also, we appreciate the shuttle bus to the hotel, they came to pick up only 2 of us, although we have arrived late. The room was very quiet, spacious and we had a good sleep, didn't want to leave. Will make sure to come again. You can feel that staff in this hotel truly love their job and care about customers.

Very professional staff. Huge room with very comfortable beds. Even had a kitchen and full size bath. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet with quite a good choice. The onsen was very good (outside onsen with good views + inside baths). Resort even has good sized indoor swimming pool. Amazing value!
