The design of the hotel and the rooms were very contemporary and sleek. The hotel occupies the top floors of the highrise so the views from the room was great. I was conveniently located at the train station. For a city hotel with an onsen was a treat.

We made a mistake on our arrival date, the staff were wonderful, found rooms for us with no fuss and then helped with dinner booking at nearby restaurant. The private onsen was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. I would highly reccomend.

Excellent location, located in the city centre with the shopping street down stairs, loads of restaurants and shops. Bus stop to the Airport is just opposite. Room is clean, spacious, facilities are very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
