    The staff! They were cheerful, polite, efficient, helpful (it seems they could anticipate one’s queries!) knowledgeable and patient. On-site laundry facilities - good to have especially when one is moving from city to city (travelling light with minimal clothing etc). It’s location is great for our purpose - though a little away from the main train station and city centre - of having some peace and quiet. It’s located right next to Wakayama Castle - nice walking paths.
