Loved the location, the food, the quality of drinks, the easy relaxed beach, the comfy pool, the room was really nice and I had a great sea view - after a small debate with the staff who tried to put me in the annex across the road. Hold your ground and they'll make sure you're in the main resort. Honestly this was a fabulous stay and I would come back. I really enjoyed how sweet the staff were. Ray on the beach, happy birthday to your little girl! You deserve a raise and all the tips. I was so welcomed and it was lovely.

Apartment was clean and large, view was amazing! Beach was close and good for swimming. Restaurants were by walking-distance.

I celebrated my birthday.and was upgraded on both rooms that.were booked. That was a.really.nice.and unexpected touch. Service in restaurants was amazing. Very good choice of food in the. All day dining restaurant. The only.negative side was during check in we were not informed that we.can dine in.Sugar Beach.as well on HB. We wanted to try.one of their restaurants which was on the beach and were kicked out but later found out that we could eat in their restaurants.

I will rate the service 10/10. The staffs provide such an amazing service that for the first time of my life, I didn't have a complain, my husband was astonished too by the service. The staff was very nice to my parents, to myself, the reason Im stating this is because we are Mauritian and sometime because of being local, most hotel staffs tends to forget that we are paying for the same service as a foreign tourist and lack to give the local the proper service. I paid for one night and extend for a second night. Value for money. The place is clean and they really accommodate for your needs. The staffs at the restaurant will watch every step, clean your table or plate, pull the chair for you to sit, without asking, and help you to carry plates. The Spa was also a wonderful experience. we spent the best 5 days of our vacation in cap ouest. This penthouse has the best location in the entire complex and offers complete privacy in Flic en Flac with an absolutely perfect beach in front of the property. The private pool is the highlight of the entire accommodation. I will remember the sunsets on the terrace for the rest of my life. Every day the penthouse was cleaned and also the pool is maintained by the staff of the complex. It has never happened to me that I want to spend more time in accommodation than outside, but here I do. We were very sad to leave this accommodation and want to come back. We had our own car and this destination is perfect as a starting point for all trips if you don't want to be staying in several places. There are two smaller grocery stores near the accommodation, but if you want a larger selection, I recommend the Jumbo express store, about five minutes away by car. For dinner you must visit the Rib & Reef restaurant - 15 minutes walk from the accommodation. They have the best seafood plate. Once again many thanks for this unbeliavable accomodation and we will come back!
