It was our best stay here in Kota Kinabalu, the staff is so kind and efficient. They were very available for any information. They gave us good advice on our trips. There are many facilities and the apartment is very well located in the city center. In terms of interior design, it is worthy of very beautiful hotels, not very big but you feel very good there. I can only suggest it for a stay in Kota Kinabalu 100%. Thanks again to the kind staff.

The site is closed to the airport and clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful. We booked the flat with a big living room, open space for kitchen and restaurant, and three bedrooms, it’s really recommended for group (family, friends) trip!

Everything was PERFECT with the Horizon hotel. The staff are very attentive, the room was just perfect with daily maid service. The breakfast was perfect and the staff were adorable. Everything was perfect, I recommend it with my eyes closed and would definitely come back!

The room was big and really comfortable. Shower and bathroom facilities were perfect. It’s on top of a mini shopping mall. Has a gym which was adequately equipped for a short stay. Checkout is 12 so we got the opportunity to use the gym and facilities. And they held on to our bags for a few hours after check out while we got some food. There is a kfc and dominoes a stones throw away and a little shopping district there which has better options than the mall tbf.

    We originally booked for 3 nights but ended up with 8 nights. Hotel has that cool, modern boutique vibe about it. Furnishings were of high quality, spacious, staff were well trained and the design of the hotel is just gorgeous. The location was a short walking distance to Imago, convenient stores and cafes / restaurants. This will be our go-to hotel in KK now. Special mention to Linda from Reservation who is went out of her way to accommodate our wish.
