The staff made our stay wonderful, nothing was too much hassle, the location was ideal for exploring the Christmas markets and is exactly where you need to be when visiting Valkenburg, the room was immaculate and the breakfast had a great selection, parking is available, we will definitely be back again! It was the second time that my husband and I stayed at this hotel and, like the first time, our experience was great. We had a small problem with our jacuzzi, but they were very solicitous and polite about our complaint. They solved it quickly and with a lot of kindness. We'll definitely be back again

Very nice centrally located hotel in Valkenburg a/d Geul. We had the junior suite which was spaceous and comfortable. Dogs are welcome in the hotel except for the restaurant area (understandable). The friendly staff at check-in suggested to have breakfast at the outdoor seating area in the morning where the dog could join - which was a great alternative as the sun was out.
