Four-Star Hotels in Faisalabad

The property is the exact same as shown on the pictures, clean and modern throughout. We initially booked for a few days as the Serena was fully booked but ended up continuing our stay here. The service from check in to checkout was seamless and staff really do go above and beyond. During our stay we were looked after by Afzaal and Asif who were wonderful. The team on reception were on hand to assist with questions and advice on key landmarks. Will definitely be returning.

Location is good, near D ground so malls and famous food street is nearby. Staff is courteous.

Staff and Location. Location is nice and peaceful most important thing is staff they have got some good people working for them special mention will be Filmon for room service he actually made my stay very memorable by going extra mile to provide great customer service. I will like to request the management to appreciate him and give him some appreciation.

The only good thing about hotel one is the location.

Spacious rooms. Good quiet location

Everything was nice . Location is very easy and near to main city center 5 to 6 kms away only . Lots of parking and very safe place . Neat and clean with good breakfast. The front desk managers and staff was polite and very helpful .
