We came just to look at the mountains and then enjoy the spa and that's exactly what we did! Everything is just perfect in this hotel from spa to breakfast. Very clean and luxurious. Bathrobes and slippers in the room. Huge terrasse to sit and drink a cup of wine:)

Absolutely perfect! We asked for late check out, all good, we got pool access, and then ski ticket discount too! There’s a shuttle to town and to the train/bus station too . Perfect!

A great hotel in a stunning location, there are a variety of spa and massage treatments and the breakfast is rich and very tasty. The staff is really nice and kind, the hotel is not far from Zakopane, very close to hiking trails in nature reserves in the area. It was an incredibly cosy and warm place to stay. It has a nice wellness area included in the price, with 3 jacuzzis and not crowded. Sauna options are great as well with dry, infrared and two steam saunas. Room is surprisingly big and had a sofa. The place is really good for hikers as it is directly located next to the hills.
