Wonderful ambience. Beautiful room and garden area which is absolute beachfront. Lounging nets and loungers overlooking the beach. Great pool in the sand! Very cool, Balinese/Pacifica vibe. Best of all was Grace at reception who looked after us so well and made us feel at home while we were the The Mooring Resort. Thank you Grace and team.

The staff was amazing and the room was also. So nice bathtub on the balcony and the swimming pool was also clean. The food and drinks were not pricy and it always tasted good. Very nice beach to swim and use paddle board.

Everything! Our family has been going to this hotel for the past 12 years. The staff is unbelievable! Especially, everyone on the outstanding Management Team. Also wonderful Soa of Housekeeping. Anthicha, who is a new waitress was so friendly and helpful. Not forgetting all the other staff in the dining room that has been there for many years. Thank you Sowanna Poonthang at the Gift Shop at Cape Panwa for your help.

The whole hotel is very clean, easily accessible to the beach. For Muslims, it is very easy to find food at the hotel area — you can go to Green Mango and Khao Kad. The staffs are all very nice, especially Jira who assisted us and treat us very very well.

Andrew and his staff were absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to poolside rooms and him and his staff ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and fashionably designed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a good shower. We loved the location and the pool and restaurant which overlooks the sea. Andrew is fluent in Thai and gave us additional information explaining the sites and locations to visit. He also gave us tips on how to save money with taxis. I highly recommend this hotel and we wish we had had a few more days to have stayed longer
