The room was amazing. I was so surprised. I have lived in Tunisia for over 20 years and this may have been the best room that my wife and I had. The food in the restaurant was good but limited due to low season.

Hotel is very nice with amazing services and really friendly staff. Location is great, walking distance from the city center and all the shops with souvenirs. Everything is clean. Food in the restaurant is the Best, so many choices and every day something different ! Mr. Farug at the reception was very helpful. I can recomend this hotel in deed!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Merhaba beach, and I am extremely happy with my experience! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by one of the staff members, Ghassan. From the moment I arrived, Ghassan went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. big thanks to the hotel receptionists and restaurant, for extra support and service! The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on reception. They helped to fulfil all of our requests. For example, we had two separate bookings and went on a trip in between and they stored our luggage for us. I also liked the room, including the bathroom. Good choice of channels on the TV and excellent facilities elsewhere in the hotel.

The hotel was superb. The rooms were big with modern furniture comfortable beds and amazing sea views. Also the free wifi in the room worked really well. All the staff in every department were polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was superb with an amazing choice. The bars were good. I can find no fault with this hotel. We have stayed in many hotels in Tunisia and this is by far the very best

Everything was beautiful and nice. It was our wedding and we could have a shooting at the hotel and all the hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and full of variety, pool is amazing, beach is amazing restaurant bar is so good, The room was so clean and has a balcony very quiet and big. AC is perfect. We loved it so much we added one more night even though we had to go to another city after. Thank you so much and definitely see you next time :)
