I mostly like is, friendly stuff, clean and comfy hotel, amazing location, nice food ☺️mustafa (bellboy) was very very helpful and friendly stuff and Sibel (cleaning lady) was a very nice lady she was there anytime we need it anything , Novotel is my one of favourite hotel.

I went to the Hilton Doubletree in Gaziantep shortly after the devasting earthquake that hit the region. I chose it because it was a secure and safe location. Despite the difficulties at the time, the staff we very friendly, always willing to answer questions and quick to supply tea and coffee upon request.
