"The place was very clean, the food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the hospitality was excellent. The only thing that could make the experience even better would be providing the staff with more training to ensure a more professional attitude. We love location of this resort, beautiful Icmeler and Marmaris area, you can rent a bike and scroll by the sea from one town to another! We stay at the nice room with sea view and pool,all staff was very friendly and very helpful!!! Erkeaiym in guest relationship department was so helpful and nice to talk too! I went to the spa in the resort and took a package with Hawaiian massage and it was amazing ! Artini was so friendly and so knowledgeable did a great job! Apollo in the front desk of spa was also so friendly and helpful...I felt always look after and feel great to be there ! Food was great, atmosphere as well ,bartenders was very helpful and all servers smile and did very good job!

    While the hotel itself is great, true 4 stars, clean with good location and great restaurant&bar staff it has some big minuses. But first with the pluses: 1. Great location 2. Clean 3. Good All Inclusive and good food 4. Restaurant and Bar personnel are fabulous! They are like Bees, work non-stop 5. Modern Hotel 6. Shout out to the Restaurant manager who works side by side with the personnel and keeps everything tight and tidy.
