Overall, the staff are very friendly and did everything within reach to make our stay comfortable. The Wifi was unstable on this occasion due to a fibre cable damage that was reported globally. I had an issue with modification of my booking and the accounts team in consultation with the manager resolved it, exceeding my expectations! I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted with luggage and provided a refreshment towel and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite, and the food and coffee were amazing.
