CanadaWhile my husband and I were cycling to the hotel he got a flat tire miles from the property on a very quiet country road. We weren't able to fix the tire ourselves, so we called the hotel to see if they could help us. They arranged for a taxi to come and get us and advised the dining room we would be late for our dinner reservation. The next morning they were also very helpful facilitating a tire repair. Aside from that, the property was lovely, in a beautiful setting, and the food and staff were excellent.
